At Lockyer District High School, English students engage with a wide variety of texts, both classic and contemporary, while developing their proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, listening and viewing. Our programs, underpinned by the Australian Curriculum, are designed to challenge students to think critically and creatively about language, literature and culture, while also providing them with the tools they need to succeed in university, vocational studies, the workplace, and beyond.
